FSM - Food Service Manager Certification Exam

Level One:
Food Service Manager (FSM) — The purpose of this certification exam is to assess whether an individual possesses the knowledge and skills needed to provide superior food management services at restaurants and healthcare facilities.  In order to obtain FSM certification under this scheme, candidates must demonstrate that they possess adequate knowledge of nutrition, food safety, and management in line with the latest FDA Food Code along with management concepts applicable to the foodservice industry as a whole.
